The gray states due to their states legislation can not have wine shipped to them. These state side laws are constantly changing, and when your state's laws change you will see your state colored in green. The blue states are eligible for certain types of wines to be shipped to them. If you order a gift with a wine that can not be shipped to your state, we will replace it with a wine that can be shipped. You must be 21 years or older to order wine gift baskets and adult signatures are required upon delivery.
